Come dance and celebrate the beauty of hips and enjoy HOT, inspiring Samba dance music!
Theresa's Samba dance class focuses on:
–learning the gorgeous and evocative Samba step—learn to play the orchestra of Brazilian music with your body!
–the hip and booty-shaking Samba Reggae dance style. Club-like dance movements with an African flavor! This music and dance style is HOT and so fun!
–Rio-style Samba—we will focus on fluid arms, elegant footwork, and developing a gorgeous “peacock” style and grace for women, and a playful, masculine sexy dance style for men.
–The graceful dances of the gods and goddesses, such as Yemanja, goddess of the ocean, and Ogun, the god of war.
–Specific break-down of exactly how to shake your hips and booty! This class has proven to increase people’s ability to shake it by 100%!

We will dance barefoot on a lovely bamboo wood floor. Please wear dance clothes and bring water to drink. This is a Beginning Co-Ed dance class! No previous experience necessary. Beautiful community space! Live Samba drumming! See you there!
